Position Summary
Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Email & Web Designer to join a collaborative marketing and communications team. This role is responsible for elevating the organization's digital presence through visually compelling, brand-consistent, and user-focused creative across email marketing, web, social media, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, email marketing, and web design, with a strong understanding of how design drives audience engagement and organizational goals. This individual will contribute to the evolution of the brand's digital experience while ensuring excellence across all customer-facing digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of digital creative for marketing campaigns and organizational initiatives.
  • Design and produce high-quality digital assets for email marketing, websites, landing pages, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Serve as the primary designer for email marketing efforts, creating engaging templates and campaigns that support attendance, membership, fundraising, revenue generation, and audience engagement goals.
  • Support ongoing website enhancements, design updates, and visual consistency across digital properties.
  • Translate complex information and messaging into clear, engaging, and accessible digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure designs are implemented effectively within web and email environments while maintaining quality and brand standards.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and development of motion graphics, animation, video elements, and interactive content.
  • Contribute creative concepts and strategic design solutions for digital content planning.
  • Participate in website and email performance reviews to identify opportunities for design improvements and innovation.
  • Manage and maintain digital asset libraries and content management systems.
  • Perform additional design-related projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 to 4+ years of professional digital design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment.
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing design and strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience creating high-quality digital creative for email, web, and social media.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful digital design projects and visual solutions tied to business objectives.
  • Experience designing promotional, e-commerce, fundraising, or brand-focused email campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of website management platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and digital design best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
