About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Laboratory Manager to lead our daily operations, ensure rigorous regulatory compliance, and inspire a team of skilled laboratory professionals. In this role, you will hold a critical leadership position, directly influencing our quality standards, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental research success.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule laboratory staff to optimize daily workflow and productivity.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulatory standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance schedules, and inventory procurement to minimize downtime.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with research and development teams to facilitate seamless testing and data delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols to guarantee data accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field (Master’s degree preferred).
