Responsibilities:
  • Program Robotic Welders
  • Train employees in the proper use of the robotic welding process
  • Adjust programs as needed for each architectural drawing
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Addresses and resolves programming issues and inconsistencies
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and modify processes and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to read and decipher blueprints and architectural drawings
  • Familiar with welding processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
Education and Experience:
  • Background in welding and fabrication required
