This role will operate within a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still enabling connection and collaboration with our team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient office is designed to be a welcoming and conducive space for both clients and staff, focusing on maximizing therapeutic outcomes. The position's typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient demands.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that align with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring best practices in documentation.
• Collaborate with a diverse and dynamic treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of care quality through shared insights and best practices.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community support resources.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the mental health field to ensure the application of cutting-edge therapies.

The target clientele includes a diverse range of individuals seeking outpatient mental health support. Our patients may present with a multitude of challenges, including anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, PTSD, and adjustment issues. Your role will be pivotal in not only delivering therapeutic interventions but also in fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to personal growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Demonstrable proficiency in applying solution-based psychotherapy techniques to cater to clients' individual needs effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to engage clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
• Capability to think critically and solve complex problems often encountered in clinical practice.
• Commit to contributing positively to a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

• Experience in an outpatient setting, specifically dealing with diverse mental health conditions.
• Knowledge of contemporary therapy approaches and commitment to continuous professional development.
• Prior involvement in case management and interdisciplinary treatment teams is advantageous.
