Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Fircosoft (sanction screening solutions) to design, develop, and support mission-critical financial compliance applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AML, sanctions screening, and payment filtering systems, along with modern full-stack and microservices-based development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
  • Develop scalable backend solutions using Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Implement high-performance transaction processing systems for compliance and screening.
  • Handle large-scale data processing for financial transactions.
Frontend Development:
  • Develop interactive UI using Angular / React / JavaScript.
  • Integrate compliance dashboards and screening results interfaces.
  • Ensure secure and efficient user experiences.
Fircosoft / Sanction Screening (Core Requirement):
Work with Fircosoft products such as: 
  • Firco Continuity.
  • Firco Trust.
  • Firco Compliance Link
Configure and support sanctions screening workflows:
  • Implement and manage: Watchlist filtering, ame screening and matching, Transaction screening (SWIFT, payments).
  • Handle false positives, alert handling, and case management integration.
  • Tune screening rules, matching algorithms, and thresholds.
  • Support real-time and batch screening processes.
  • Integrate Fircosoft with internal banking/payment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, OFAC, FATF, and regulatory requirements.
CI/CD & DevOps:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like: 
  • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
  • Automate builds, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Use Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues.
Database & Data Handling:
  • Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
  • Handle high-volume transactional and screening data.
  • Optimize queries for performance and scalability.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS / Azure / GCP.
