Job description

The Account Manager position is responsible for handling waste stream management for assigned clients or any current clients that use our services. This includes daily vendor and client account customer service, vendor invoice processing, and contract management and enforcement. Additional functions of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Handling service issues, requests, or other service-related needs, dealing directly with waste vendors
  • Maintaining customer and vendor records in CRM
  • Maintaining all hard copy client records, files, and binders
  • Creating and/or maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Communicating and working with internal departments to ensure monthly billing and project deadlines are met
  • Provide professional and ongoing communication and consultative support with designated clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel skills for creation and manipulation of data using formulas
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn proprietary software.
  • One year of customer service experience in a call center or office environment.
  • Previous experience in the waste industry or healthcare preferred.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Pay is commensurate with experience.
