General Dentist

Location: Queens, NY
Schedule: Full Time, M-F, 9AM-6PM
Compensation: W-2 Employment | 35% on Adjusted Production + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period between $800-$1000
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS  
Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits. 

About the Role 

United Dental Corporation is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in the Manhattan market. 

We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment. 

Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs. 

What You'll Do 

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses 
  • Develop and present treatment plans 
  • Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care 
  • Educate patients on treatment options and oral health 
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation 
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care 
  • Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Requirements

Required 

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school 
  • Active Dental License in New York
  • DEA Registration (or ability to obtain) 
  • Strong communication and patient education skills 
  • Commitment to quality patient care 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 
  • Invisalign Certification 
  • Implant Restoration Experience 

Preferred 

  • Invisalign Certification

  • Cosmetic dentistry experience 
  • Endodontic experience 
  • Oral surgery experience 
  • Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
