Trial Attorney - Full-time

Location: San Jose, CA

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • 10 years of substantial experience in litigation.

  • Prior trial experience (preferably jury trials).

  • Proven track record in 1st or 2nd chair trial and arbitration experience.

  • Exceptional litigation skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Serve as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation matters.

  • Act as the 1st or 2nd chair in trial and arbitration proceedings.

  • Engage directly with clients, including high-level executives.

  • Present and argue dispositive motions.

  • Prepare for arbitration, bench, and jury trials, including witness preparation and post-judgment motion practice.

  • Contribute to litigating high-stakes cases.
