Core Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide assistance with transfers and ambulation using proper safety techniques
  • Support residents with meals, including setup, feeding assistance as needed, and monitoring intake
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing or supervisory staff
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
