Work Schedule: 24-hour shifts

  • Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls, assessing patients and providing care, treatment, and safe transport according to established medical protocols.
  • Maintains compliance with all policies, procedures, safety standards, infection control practices, and patient confidentiality requirements.
  • Operates ambulances safely and defensively while ensuring vehicles and medical equipment remain in a constant state of readiness.
  • Completes accurate patient care, billing, and required documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service and communicates effectively with patients, families, dispatchers, healthcare teams, and emergency response partners while supporting ongoing training and community initiatives.
