Description
Position Summary:
The IDOC Marketing & Communications Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the value of the Independent Distributor Ownership Center (IDOC). This role will partner closely with key consultants and internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across the AD Member community, while also supporting program delivery, member engagement, and continuous improvement of the IDOC experience.
Primary Responsibilities
  1. Partner with key consultants to help shape and advance the overall strategy of the IDOC, enhancing value and engagement for AD members
  2. In collaboration with the AD Marketing team, develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives that promote the IDOC and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across the AD Member community
  3. Manage and maintain the IDOC Salesforce-based website, including content updates, resource organization, and coordination with internal teams and external partners
  4. Coordinate with subject matter experts and external partners to support the development and publication of IDOC content, assessments, and member resources
  5. Support member engagement by facilitating appropriate peer connections and networking opportunities aligned with family-business needs and program objectives
  6. Plan, build, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, member portal, events, and other member-facing channels to promote IDOC
  7. Support member-facing educational programming (e.g., webinars, roundtables, forums), including coordination, communications, and facilitation support
  8. Develop pre- and post-program communications to reinforce key insights and encourage continued engagement with the IDOC
  9. Track member progress and program impact through online assessment tools and peer network participation, and deliver regular reporting to demonstrate IDOC effectiveness, outcomes, and areas for improvement
  10. Manage IDOC-related communications and presence at AD meetings, summits, and events, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed
  11. Collaborate cross-functionally with AD Marketing, IT, and Member Programs teams to ensure brand alignment, operational consistency, and continuous improvement of the IDOC experience
  12. Perform other duties, as assigned, to support the growth, adoption, and long-term sustainability of the IDOC
  13. Other projects and tasks as may be assigned by the Vice President, IDOC or the CFO

Requirements
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication

  4. Self-starter with ability to simultaneously manage multiple requests in a fast-paced evolving environment and work effectively under tight deadlines

  8. Ability to develop and sustain strong positive relationships - with members, partners, service providers and internally with AD Associates
  9. Ability to understand and leverage data and analytics to uncover insights and communicate a story that compels action
  10. Ability to collaborate and gain consensus at all levels of the organization
  11. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technology

Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of marketing and communications experience, with preference for program, partnership, or member-based marketing in a B2B environment
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, polished, member- and executive-facing materials
  4. Experience supporting virtual engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom) for webinars, peer forums, or member events
  5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar platform experience including the ability to update, manage, and maintain a Salesforce-based website; familiarity with Pardot or similar marketing automation tools is a plus
  6. Demonstrated ability to support member engagement and adoption initiatives, including coordinating peer connections and working across internal and external

Additional Comments:
  1. Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (some overtime is required)
  2. Position is based in Wayne, PA where we have a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Tuesdays-Thursdays in office & Mondays and Fridays remote)
  3. Travel: 2-4 trips per year (3-5 days per trip)
