Our client, a leading logistics service company is looking for Korean Bilingual Freight Broker Agent in Duluth, GA.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to join our team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing freight logistics, vetting carriers, and ensuring seamless transportation services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency in Korean, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with shippers to gather quotes, confirm transit schedules, and determine optimal shipping methods
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
  • Dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries, maintaining real-time communication
  • Source and negotiate with carriers to secure competitive transportation rates
  • Onboard new carriers to strengthen the company's shipping network
  • Plan and manage shipment schedules on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
  • Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) accurately and on time
  • Generate and manage reports for daily, weekly, and monthly logistics activities
  • Support special logistics projects and additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokering, or a related field, or recent college graduate.
  • Korean language proficiency (required) to communicate effectively with business partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
