Responsibilities of a Freight Broker (Operating) Agent:

  • Source carriers and providers for your customers.
  • Book your customers' shipments in our Transportation Management System (TMS), track deliveries, and ensure carriers provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collect commissions.
