Position Overview

As our Appointment Setter / Real Estate Lead Specialist, you are the first point of contact for potential sellers. You will manage inbound and outbound communication, qualify motivated seller leads, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the acquisition pipeline.

You will work closely with our marketing and acquisitions teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to inbound real estate leads via phone, text, and email
  • Conduct outbound follow-up and cold calling to nurture prospects

  • Accurately update and manage records in the CRM system

Required:
