About Us: Gigli is an exciting new startup in the expanding THC-infused beverage space. We are committed to growing our brand and message, and our social media presence is an integral part of achieving this goal. We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team and take charge of our social media channels, including TikTok, Lemon8, Instagram, and Facebook. As well as managing and coordinating with our incredible group of influencers.
Job Description:
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing our social media strategy to engage and grow our online community, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. You will also play a critical role in managing influencer relationships and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform (TikTok, Lemon8, Instagram, Facebook) to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage and update content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all channels.
    • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for all social media channels, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
    • Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency and visually appealing content.
  3. Influencer Collaboration:
    • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers relevant to our industry and target audience.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers, ensuring they create and share content that aligns with our brand image and values.
    • Track influencer performance and provide regular reports to assess the impact of influencer marketing.
  4. Community Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive and engaging online environment by moderating and curating user-generated content.
    • Attend and promote events for the Gigli brand. Including capturing content and managing influencers at each event
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns. Examples include Google Analytics, Instagram analytics & TikTok analytics.
    • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, ROI, and campaign performance, using this data to adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years related experience.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of TikTok, Lemon8, Instagram, and Facebook, along with their respective algorithms and trends.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and managing influencer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for design and content aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
