Family Pathways is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate who excels in recruitment and administrative support, benefits administration, and employee relations. Our HR team plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our employees have the support they need to excel. In collaboration with the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Associate will perform a wide variety of administrative and HR related functions, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring and onboarding, benefit administration, personnel management, payroll support, and regulatory and compliance support.

  • Work-Life Balance: Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm
