The Wagner Centre is seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will help every patient feel welcomed, informed, and cared for while keeping the front office organized and efficient.
This is more than a front-desk position. You will set the tone for every patient interaction, help the team stay organized, and make sure each visit begins and ends with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Greet patients and keep the reception area welcoming. 
  •  Schedule appointments, update patient information, and collect payments. 
  •  Work with the clinical team to keep the schedule and patient flow organized.
