Their combined roles typically include overseeing guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, staff management, budgeting, and sometimes food and beverage operations. This arrangement is popular in boutique hotels, inns, and resorts, where a hands-on, personalized approach is valued. The couple usually lives on-site and shares responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day management and guest satisfaction.
