Hospitality Managerย 

Location:ย Sugar Land, TX

Compensation:ย $90,000+ annually and bonus incentivesย 

Lead daily clinic operations, manage staff, and drive patient experience in a fast-growing behavioral health organization.ย

ย About the Roleย 

  • Own the daily operations of a high-volume mental health clinicย 
  • Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance and service standardsย 
  • Ensure every patient experience feels welcoming, efficient, and professionalย 

No healthcare experienceย requiredย -ย we provide comprehensive training.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, workflow, and patient flowย 
  • Coach and develop staff to consistently meet KPIs and service expectationsย 
  • Monitor metrics related to scheduling efficiency, volume, and patient experienceย 

Requirements (Must-Haves)ย 

  • 10+ years of leadership or operations experience in a high-volume environmentย of 30+ individualsย 
  • Proven experience managing KPIs and having direct performance conversationsย 
  • Strong communicationย skills with both people and numbersย 

Nice-to-Havesย 

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, hospitality, or service leadershipย 
  • Relationship-based sales or customer experience backgroundย 
  • Experience leading teams through growth or changeย

  • $70-80k annually and bonus incentivesย
