Since the late 70’s our restaurant's been serving food that has come from our founder’s travel from the Mississippi Delta, the Gulf Coast, and New Orleans. He learned the restaurant business from the ground up, his only regret being that he had not opened a restaurant sooner. As word spread of the "ultimate po-boys", Don redecorated with a charming and nostalgic theme and began serving his customer's meals on pewter. Our restaurant is looking for a motivated individual to help us delight guests with great food and service as an Assistant Manager in Biloxi, Mississippi. 
 
Title of Position: Assistant Manager

Job Description:  We are searching for an Assistant Manager who is qualified to take decisive actions, with strong leadership and dedication to our high standards in order to achieve excellent results. A Professional Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager as well as the rest of the Management Team in the overall operations of the restaurant. Duties will include but not be limited to staffing, scheduling and training of new employees, maintaining food and labor cost according to company policy, and assist in administrative functions delegated by the General Manager. This position requires an Assistant Manager with talent for mentoring others and providing exceptional service to your guests. If you have strong leadership and people skills and a passion for hospitality, we are serious about speaking with you about becoming a member of our Management team.
