Major Responsibilities:
  1. Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies.
  2. Supervise, train, and coordinate cleaning personnel to ensure assigned accounts are cleaned to company quality standards and customer expectations.
  3. Inspect completed work, assign daily and periodic cleaning tasks, and reassign personnel as needed to ensure all work is completed.
  4. Ensure all personnel comply with company policies and procedures, including safety, security, timekeeping, and key control requirements.
  5. Respond to customer requests and concerns, report maintenance, safety, and security issues to management, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
