Description
We don't need more leads.
We need someone who can convert the ones already in our pipeline.
This role is responsible for managing and nurturing active clients who have already met with our top agents and are pre-approved - but aren't ready to move yet.
Your job is to build the relationship, stay top of mind, and move them back into action.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with warm, pre-approved clients consistently
• Build relationships on behalf of our top agents
• Track timing, motivation, and life changes
• Re-engage clients when they're ready to act
• Hand off fully warmed clients back to agents for conversion
• Keep zero deals slipping through the cracks
