Job description

The HALKS FIRM, Newton's Top-Ranked Family Law Firm, is seeking to add an associate attorney to our growing and dynamic team of trial lawyers. The ideal candidate will have one to twoyears of experience in family law, preferably with experience in contested & complex litigation.
The Firm is seeking an attorney with excellent written and oral communication skills as well as an established courtroom presence.
Requirements:
Professional appearance.
Ability to connect with clients.
High emotional intelligence.
Experience with drafting pleadings, discovery, financial statements.
The Firm offers a strong base salary, origination commission, bonus, and expansive benefits package.
