Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs, concerns, and aspirations, utilizing psychological tools and evidence-based methods.
  • Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing diverse mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and stress management strategies.
  • Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding relationships.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set realistic objectives and interventions based on clientsโ€™ unique circumstances and goals.
  • Administer crisis intervention for clients in immediate distress, employing de-escalation techniques and providing essential resources for immediate support.
  • Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to aid their journey toward recovery.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
  • Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements in counseling practices, prioritizing informed consent and client confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a variety of challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may be grappling with issues ranging from common mental health conditions to significant life changes. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
