What are some common challenges faced by Full Time Helpers, and how can they be managed effectively?

Full Time Helpers often manage a wide range of tasks, which can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when priorities shift quickly or multiple requests come in at once. Staying organized and communicating clearly with supervisors and team members can help manage these challenges. It's also important to ask for clarification when instructions are unclear and to seek feedback to improve efficiency. Many helpers find that developing a routine and keeping a checklist of daily responsibilities helps them stay on track and maintain high-quality work.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Full Time Helper, and why are they important?
