Job Summary:
Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking a Research Operations Data Analyst to support their Research Labs and space planning needs. The role involves creating reports, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to a modern R&D environment aimed at drug development.
Responsibilities:
• Manually run reports to compare data from different systems
• Create dashboard mockups
• Document how to run the reports, as well as challenges
• Collaborate with informatics and R&D groups across the organization
• Space Planning and Editing floor maps
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum education level is a bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or technology discipline
• 7+ years of technical IT experience
• Creative Data Visualization Skills
• Tableau intermediate experience or better
• SQL Query experience
• UX Design experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of scientific applications and technologies
• A focus on solution delivery, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with your own team, technical IT partners, and customers
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form to non-technical audiences
• Be a self-starter with passion for continuous self-improvement
Preferred:
• Space Planning Experience is a plus
• Adobe Acrobat Pro experience is a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
