Join Harbin Clinic as a Nephrology Physician in Rome, GA part of Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the country. Harbin Clinic is dedicated to bringing the highest level of Nephrology care in northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama.

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Nephrologist
  • Full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity in a 100% Nephrology practice
  • Two-year income guarantee with bonus potential starting in year one
  • Join two experienced Nephrologists with strong APP support in a well-established, collaborative practice
  • Clinical scope includes dialysis, acute and chronic renal disease, hypertension, fluid and electrolyte management, and follow-up care for kidney transplantation patients, etc.
  • Supported by five established dialysis units, excellent hospitalist coverage, and specialty support from General Surgery and Vascular Surgery
  • Highly experienced office and dialysis teams; all dialysis clinical staff Nephrology-certified
  • Proven history of high physician retention, ongoing growth, and quality outcomes meeting all CMS metrics
  • Practice on Epic EMR with access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered documentation tool integrated with Epic to reduce administrative burden
  • Part of a nationally recognized, physician-led medical group with integrated service line support and a strong commitment to safe, equitable, patient-centered care
