The Operations Manager leads all aspects of daily operations within our ghost kitchen, ensuring a positive and efficient environment for both guests and team members. Reporting to a Multi-Unit Manager, this role is responsible for delivering on sales and profitability targets through effective labor planning, scheduling, inventory management, and team development. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, leads by example, and upholds brand standards with consistency and care.
