As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for their entire stay-creating a welcoming, personalized, and memorable experience that reflects the spirit of our lifestyle hotel.

What You'll Do
  • Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and provide seamless check-in and check-out experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Deliver personalized recommendations on local dining, nightlife, events, and hidden gems throughout the Gaslamp Quarter
  • Maintain a polished, inviting lobby atmosphere that reflects the hotel's brand and culture
  • Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times
  • Support the overall guest journey by anticipating needs and going above and beyond whenever possible

The hourly rate for this position is $23.81.
