Position Overview:

The Front Desk Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless stay. You'll lead and support the guest service team, resolve guest concerns, and serve as Manager on Duty during your assigned shift.

Essential Job Functions:

Supervises front desk personnel, including guest service agents and night auditors, during the assigned shift.

Oversees check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest billing for accuracy.

Resolves guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.

Trains, coaches, and supports front desk associates to meet brand and service standards.

Serves as Manager on Duty, overseeing hotel operations during the assigned shift.

Handles cash and credit transactions and maintains accurate shift banks.

Ensures Hilton brand standards and Shamin Hotels service expectations are met.

Supports the Front Office Manager with reporting and daily operations.

Reports to work for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.

Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.

Performs other related duties as required.
