Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Director overseeing US properties based New York, NY. The role entails overseeing the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communication plans across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and growth. Responsibilities include managing market research initiatives, planning marketing strategies, overseeing public relations campaigns, and guiding marketing and sales teams to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the company's vision and values.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities :
Operations (in relation with our Operational Team) : Operations Director, Corporate Executive Chef & Gm.
Ø Plan, direct and coordinate marketing & communication budgets within organizational guidelines and to the highest standards while having a customer-oriented approach.
Ø Design and deploy marketing & communication strategies to drive revenue by increasing sales.
Ø Translate strategy into actionable yet comprehensive goals to grow performance depending on the department's functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc..) in line with the company's DNA.
Ø Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Ø Create and develop a solid network of strategic partnerships while ensuring company's branding goals.
Ø Undertake marketing research studies to better apprehend any changes related to trends & customers' tastes.
Ø Design, conduct and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, Social Media, Search Engine optimization, etc.
Ø Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners and stakeholders.
Management :
Ø Manage the marketing & communication coordinators (local & corporate) including training, appraisals and recruitment.
Ø Provide advice and guidance to the team to foster growth, encourage development and build a highly efficient team of marketing and communication professionals.
Ø Work closely with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service that meets the clients' expectations.
Ø Communicate effectively and ensure credibility throughout the marketing & communication team.
Finance :
Ø Ensure the marketing & communication budget is met while completing company's goals.
Ø Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Ø Build diligent reports for the Co-founder's & President's knowledge.
Ø Assist the Co-founder & the President in overseeing the company's promotional efforts and advertising activities.
About you :
You will have extensive experience in people management, customer service and a full understanding of day to day operations :
Ø Lead with confidence by example, decision making.
Ø Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across levels.
Ø Attention to details, guest-oriented and service-minded.
Ø Knowledge
Ø Fluent level of English, fluency in French a plus
Ø Degree in Marketing or related field
Ø Minimum three years of luxury hospitality experience, working with Chef driven restaurants required
Salary Description
$120,000-$140,000 annually
