As an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of children and families on the autism journey while contributing to a broader vision of medically integrated, family-centered care. At ALL TOGETHER AUTISM, our team members are the foundation of each family's journey. We are deeply committed to a positive team member experience, collaborating with psychologists, wrap around therapies, medical professionals, experienced, well-trained Registered Behavior Technicians while investing in advanced training, access to internal and external mentors to expand your clinical expertise and leadership impact as a BCBA.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, a sign-on/retention bonus up to $10,000, a bonus program up to $10,000 a year, reasonably priced health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, mileage reimbursement, laptop and premium Central Reach EHR platform access, and a strong mentorship and professional development focus. As a growing second-year company, ALL TOGETHER AUTISM is actively expanding home and center-based operations in 2026. Every Board-Certified Behavior Analyst on our team has a voice in how we grow, innovate, and serve families on the autism journey.

To qualify, you must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or a candidate to sit for the BACB Exam and a passion for advancing both clinical excellence and team development. Our service schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with potential occasional Saturday hours, to support group services and flexibility across community settings. We are looking for a BCBA who values collaboration, leadership, and long-term impact.
