Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Deliver or “run” food orders to patrons, ensuring all components or order are correct and complete.
  • Set tables in the restaurant area and patio as required.
  • Remove soiled dishes from the table.
  • Assist servers with pre-meal set-up.
  • Stock restaurant buffets.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Stock supplies.
  • Perform side work.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
