Company Description

Nerisa Research USA is part of Nerisa Group, a private family office investment team with offices in Boston, Rotterdam, and Luxembourg. The Group brings over 30 years of experience across the U.S. and European equity markets, with a focus on long-term value investing complemented by special situations.

Role Description

The Boston office is Nerisa's first U.S. location, and we are looking to build our team from the ground up with intellectually curious, collaborative and social individuals who are coming directly from their undergraduate studies.

The Investment Analyst will develop in-depth investment theses for publicly traded U.S. companies, supported by building financial models and conducting industry research.

This role will be fully in-person at Nerisa's Boston office in Copley. We offer competitive compensation, a generous benefits package, and build a collaborative team environment through regular events.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of professional experience; relevant internship experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field with strong academic performance
  • Passion and curiosity for financial markets and investment research
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling and accounting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex subjects clearly
  • Collaborative with a willingness to share ideas and incorporate feedback
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment
