Job Details
Position supports assigned enterprise division, geographic market or hospital campuses working directly with finance and senior leadership to analyze and provide financial information and data for decision making. Evaluates performance and looks for process improvements that generate favorable returns to the operating margin.
Job Description
  • Works with senior leaders to drive strategy and compile/review business plans that support overall strategy and mission
  • Develops budget assumptions for operating budgets to achieve overall targets
  • Oversees capital budget process and approves capital throughout the year within the capital policy and category parameters
  • Analyzes financial performance throughout the month and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance revenue or reduce cost, working collaboratively to engage and implement such opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
  • 10 years in HEALTHCARE Finance and Accounting
  • Experience with Strata (Jazz), Hyperion, or Axium preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration.
  • CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of Pennsylvania

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
