We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team at our corporate facility in Easton, PA, reporting to the US Finance Director. In this role, you'll support the FP&A Manager by providing forward-looking decision support and preparing insightful planning and analysis. You'll build deep knowledge of Victaulic's products and operations through constant interaction with the operations team and management, business partner directly with operations, and support the annual budget, capital planning, and special strategic projects. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior management and act as a change agent within a growing organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of Victaulic's products and operational processes, gaining an understanding of the business through constant interaction with the operations team and management
  • Provide support to operations and management for financial analyses and scenario planning
  • Business partner with the operations team - analyzing KPIs, supporting management with data-driven analysis, reviewing results, and communicating variances
  • Measure and analyze cost savings programs, and continuously review financial drivers to develop actionable commentary
  • Provide monthly reports and present to the management team, preparing analysis for communication to leadership and driving new topics for presentation
  • Support the annual budget - providing analysis requested by management, preparing and delivering executive presentations, continually improving the forecasting process, and assisting with annual product re-costing
  • Review and update ROI on significant capital investments as part of capital planning and spend analysis
  • Assist management on special projects, including business cases (NPD), process optimization, M&A support, and capacity planning
  • Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by management, and develop and analyze financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision making

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3+ years of related business experience; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Courage and curiosity to ask questions and change processes - this position works closely with senior management
  • Ability to interact with all levels of operations management and team
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to work under tight timelines
  • A team player with a "can do" attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves working style
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and exposure to CPM (OneStream, HFM) / BI (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) tools, with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • A solid understanding of database structure (CRM, data warehouse, ERP, etc.) and experience with a variety of financial systems
  • Ability to manage large volumes of work, prioritizing and executing effectively
  • Ability to act as a change agent - someone who can adapt to and drive a culture change within the organization
  • Willingness to travel periodically to select facilities as required
