Description
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an onsite File Clerk to support one of our government clients. This role supports day-to-day records and document operations in a high-volume, fast-paced government environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct file operations and maintenance, including storage, consolidation, interfiling, and retrieval.
  • Respond to file requests and maintain accurate organization of records.
  • Update Government systems with required information and data.
  • Perform regular audits of file rooms and travel to other Government facilities as needed for additional audits.
  • Connect incoming correspondence to existing files.
  • Scan large, multiโ€‘page documents accurately and efficiently.
  • File copies of certificates and notices and support the closeout of ceremonies.
  • Provide support for processing forms and applications used in official adjudication processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance
  • Ability to read and understand English proficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a physical records environment
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while managing large volumes of documents and files
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
