Epic Interface Analyst (Epic Bridges)
Location: Daly City, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: Pacific Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Interface Analyst to support and maintain healthcare integrations within an Epic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic Bridges, HL7 interfaces, and healthcare integration workflows. This role focuses on interface support, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing maintenance of integrations between Epic and external systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support Epic Bridges interfaces and integration workflows.
  • Troubleshoot interface issues and resolve HL7 message errors.
  • Build, modify, test, and deploy healthcare interfaces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support integration needs.
  • Document interface configurations and support procedures.
  • Track and manage work through Jira or similar ticketing tools.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of HL7 messaging standards.
  • Experience with interface troubleshooting and support.
  • Familiarity with Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or similar integration engines.
