What You'll Do

In this role, you'll take the lead on quality assurance and regulatory readiness within our Healthcare Center:

  • Oversee and coordinate audits, compliance tracking, and documentation accuracy
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with leadership to implement corrective action plans
  • Support QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure ongoing survey readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Assist Unit Managers with leadership coverage as needed
  • Promote consistency, accountability, and excellence across clinical teams
