General Job Description
This is a Quick Hire Opportunity!
We are looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Supervisor to lead our single-family residential electrical operations in San Antonio TX and surrounding areas. If you have strong leadership skills, extensive residential electrical knowledge, and enjoy managing teams and projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
  • Plan and manage residential electrical projects from start to finish
  • Ensure all work meets NEC codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate scheduling, materials, and labor resources
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and provide technical guidance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients
  • Maintain safety compliance with OSHA and company policies
  • Manage inventory, tools, and materials
  • Maintain accurate documentation including permits, work orders, and invoices

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Residential Electrician
  • 2-4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and NEC codes
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual a plus)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
  • Comfortable working at heights and active construction sites

Work Environment
  • Single-family residential construction sites
  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Exposure to typical construction environments (dust, noise, equipment)
