Overview

We're looking for an early-career instructional or graphic designer who's excited to grow, contribute, and collaborate with a team that values creativity and continuous learning. In this role, you'll support training and development initiatives across our distribution centers, store operations, and support office. This position is a contract (1099) to potential hire, offering an opportunity for growth within our organization.

You'll build skills in instructional design, adult learning principles, and content creation while helping us develop engaging learning experiences that make a difference. We're a team that values care, ownership, and thinking differently, and we're excited to welcome someone who shares that mindset.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with the training team to design and develop impactful learning materials, programs, and tools
  • Apply graphic design skills to create visually engaging training assets
  • Build asynchronous eLearning and blended learning experiences that meet learner and business needs
  • Use frameworks like ADDIE and Action Mapping to support your design process
  • Contribute creative solutions and fresh thinking
  • Stay open to learning new technologies, tools, and approaches
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Publisher
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with tools like Vyond or similar animation/video platforms
  • Basic experience creating or editing short-form videos
