Dublin Cleaners, Central Ohio’s largest retail dry cleaner with 90+ years of history, is hiring a Shirt Presser to join our production team.

This is skilled, hands-on work in a fast-paced production plant. You’ll operate commercial shirt pressing equipment and work in a two-person team to produce crisp, clean, well-finished dress shirts.

Every collar sharp.

This role takes focus, pride, and steady effort. It also takes comfort working around hot production equipment. Our shirt pressing area can be warm and humid due to steam, heat, and daily plant flow.

If you take pride in doing things right, can stay steady in a warm work setting, and want your effort to impact your pay, this role is built for you.

 Schedule

Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Your afternoons are free.

Overtime may be offered when production needs it.

 Performance-Based PayExperienced Pressers

If you can match our top team members in both speed and quality from day one, you may start at our higher performance rate.

Typical earnings: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on output.

New to the Trade?

Start at $16.00 per hour with paid training while you learn our equipment, quality standards, and production flow.

Once you can meet our quality and production goals, you move to piece pay.

Piece Pay = Control Your Income

The more shirts you press correctly, the more you earn.

 Work Environment

This is a hands-on production role.

You should be able to:

  • Work near commercial pressing equipment that produces heat and steam

  • Stay active on your feet during the shift

  • Work in a warm and humid plant setting

  • Handle a steady production pace

  • Follow all safety steps around hot equipment

  • Stay focused while doing repeat, detail-based work
