Job description

DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties
  • Maintain overall management responsibilities for the restaurant
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Train & motivate crew members
  • Ensure our product adheres to our quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurant & equipment
  • Train managers to ensure knowledge of all duties required to run the restaurant, if needed.
  • Proficient in all crew positions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant. Including the selection, development and performance management of employees.
  • Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
  • Optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • The General Manager reports to the District Manager

Requirements
  • Must have strong financial skills with experience working with P&L reports, bank deposits and other financial documents.
  • As the GM, you are the company's spokesperson in the local trading area and must have an interest in networking and being active outside of the restaurant.
  • Minimum of 45 hours per week (weekly schedule will vary based on store's demands)
  • Weekend, holiday and occasional night work is required in this role.
