Job Title: General Labor
Location: Howard Lake, MN
Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on shift – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift | Monday–Friday
Job Type: Temp-to-hire | Full-time
About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Labor workers for a woodworking/manufacturing company in Howard Lake, MN. In this role, you’ll support production and shipping processes and help ensure quality finished wood products. If you enjoy hands-on work, basic woodworking tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You’ll Do as a General Labor:
  • Assist with basic woodworking and production tasks
  • Package and box finished products for shipment
  • Prepare items according to company shipping standards
  • Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Support team members and supervisors as needed
What You Need to Bring to the General Labor Role:
  • Must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience within the last 2 years
  • Must have experience working with power and hand tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and product quality
  • Dependable work ethic and attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
