Triangle Environmental is actively seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join their team in Plainfield, Illinois. This position is a key role in our company- you will be the quarterback for our field team. We are seeking someone who is ambitious, motivated, organized, and solid communicator.

Triangle Environmental is a 40-year-old open shop commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, repair, and maintenance contractor with a stellar stable of repeat customers.

Schedule:

  • 7:30am-4pm

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to clearly communicate over the phone
  • Microsoft Office computer system knowledge

                                                          

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule 8-12 technicians using Service Titan software
  • Find efficient routes by tracking locations with GPS and software
  • Politely answer calls from customers, and help us solve their issues
  • Coordinate with technicians
  • Help assist customers
  • Complete service call invoices
  • Assist with service material purchase orders
