GREAT LOCAL HVAC Company looking for a career-oriented individual searching for a full-time HVAC Customer Service Representative with the following qualifications: Able to multitask, accurate data input, and excellent phone interaction skills.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Routes technicians to calls
  • Support technicians
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information about the BEST products and services.
  • Acquires information and enters service calls for new and existing customers.
  • Answer customer questions and address complaints. If the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forward it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to solve customers' issues and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, requests, and or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Able to place phone calls to schedule, solicit, and or renew Customer Service Agreements.
  • Required Skills / Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Ability to work individually as well as with a TEAM.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer issues.
  • Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Service Titan Software
  • Experience in HVAC

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HVAC terminology is a plus
  • Customer service experience is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Handle sitting at a desk for extended periods.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Some Saturdays

Medical, Dental, and Vision (partially paid by ALH), Short-term and Long-term disability, life insurance, and supplemental insurance are offered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000 annually, depending on experience
