*** This is a FULL TIME opportunity with an external Law firm based in Dayton, OH.ย Hybrid role after training period.
This person must have a minimum of 3 years post-grad law experience, as well as a current and active OHIO Bar LicensePerform discovery activities, primarily document analysis, review, and production that help establish the factual foundation informing legal representation of clients. This is a hybrid work opportunity!ย 2-3 days in office and the rest can be a hybrid role after 6 week training period is complete!
Duties:- ย Conducts legal review and codes documents (including but not limited to electronic files, communications, and video and audio recordings) for relevance, responsiveness, and privilege
- ย Conducts complex, nuanced privilege analysis and applies redactions
- ย Prepares logs of withheld and/or redacted documents
- ย Prepares fact chronologies and summaries of noteworthy documents
- ย Executes quality control processes of previously reviewed documents, including pre-production QC, and provides feedback as necessary
- ย Collaborates closely with team members across offices on matter management and review efficiency
- ย May participate in opportunities to provide non-discovery legal services to clients engaging the firmโs Corporate and Investment Management practices
- ย May contribute legal project management services in support of client engagements
- ย Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining active bar license to practice in Ohio. For lateral candidates, J.D. or equivalent from an ABA-accredited institution and membership in good standing of the Ohio Bar is required.
