With a rich legacy spanning over 30 years, Fellowship Christian Center Church (F3C) is a vibrant, non-denominational congregation located in Plano, Texas. Rooted in biblical truth and committed to authentic community, F3C is poised for a new season of growth, impact, and spiritual renewal. We are prayerfully seeking a visionary and spiritually grounded Senior Pastor to lead us into our next chapter of thriving ministry.


Position Summary

The Senior Pastor serves as the primary spiritual leader, visionary, and communicator of Fellowship Christian Center Church. This individual will faithfully preach and teach the Word of God, shepherd the congregation with wisdom and compassion, and cultivate a culture marked by discipleship, evangelism, and community transformation.


Working collaboratively with church leadership—including Deacons and ministry leaders—the Senior Pastor will equip, empower, and develop leaders while fostering unity, spiritual growth, and organizational excellence across all areas of ministry.


Essential Qualifications

 A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, evidenced by a life of faith and obedience.

 Ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 Demonstrated spiritual maturity, integrity, and Christ like character.

 A deep love for Christ, His Church, and people from all walks of life.

 Minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience.

 Proven effectiveness in preaching, discipleship, and leadership development.

 Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Divinity or equivalent theological education.

 Ability to provide sound biblical counsel, discipleship, and conflict resolution.

 Full alignment with the doctrinal beliefs & values of Fellowship Christian Center Church.

Key Responsibilities: Preaching & Teaching

Deliver biblically sound, Christ-centered, and engaging expository messages during Sunday and Wednesday services.

Communicate Scripture with clarity, relevance and spiritual authority.

Encourage and challenge the congregation toward spiritual growth and daily application of God’s Word.


Spiritual Leadership & Discipleship

Provide visionary leadership that aligns with the mission and future direction of F3C.

Cultivate a strong culture of discipleship through Bible studies, life groups and leadership development.

Equip ministry leaders to effectively serve and lead within their respective areas.


Organizational Leadership

Partner with Deacons and leadership teams to ensure unity, accountability, and strategic alignment.

Establish and strengthen organizational structures that support sustainable church growth.

Lead with wisdom in conflict resolution, fostering a spirit of grace, truth, and reconciliation.


Community Impact & Outreach

Champion a missional focus that extends beyond the walls of the church.

Lead initiatives that engage the local community and expand the church’s reach.

Embody and model the heart, values, and mission of Fellowship Christian Center Church.
