You will gain experience and valuable skills through our training, including learning how our machines work and how to produce polished, high-quality results.

Requirements

RequirementsWhat You Will Do

As a Digital Print Operator, you will learn how to run professional print equipment, manage jobs from setup to completion, and build the skills needed to troubleshoot and keep production running smoothly. You will be part of the team that brings each customer's vision to life through quality work, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right.

  • Operate digital print equipment to produce custom printed materials
  • Set up and monitor print jobs while following detailed instructions
  • Use basic software tools to prepare and check print files
  • Load paper, restock materials, and complete routine maintenance tasks
  • Check printed items for accuracy and quality

  • Help deliver professional products that support our customers' marketing and business goals
What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Attention to detail - Spot differences in color, alignment, and image quality to ensure accurate, high-quality results (color accuracy test required)
  • Ability to follow instructions - Work efficiently within structured procedures and production guidelines
  • Problem-solving skills - Apply logic and reasoning to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Basic computer skills - Work with digital files, set up jobs on production software, and monitor output on digital presses to ensure it meets specifications
  • Basic math and measuring skills - Use precision when setting up jobs and performing quality checks
  • Reliability - Good attendance and reliable transportation are essential; punctuality is expected
  • Strong Communication and Teamwork - We value team players who communicate openly, stay accountable, and contribute to a positive, goal-driven environment.
  • Physical Readiness - This is an active production role. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs to restock materials such as toner, fusers, and paper.
Additional Requirements
  • Overnight Schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 pm-7:00 am): This role is best suited for someone who has worked overnight or late shifts before and is comfortable staying alert and productive during non-traditional hours.
  • Training period - All training is paid time and an adjusted training schedule may be required.
  • Assessment - Online basic skills assessment required for consideration
  • Pre-employment screening - Must pass a drug screen and background check
  • Reliable Transportation - We value strong attendance and consistency. You must be able to reliably get to work for your scheduled shift.
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent required
