$39.60 - $59.40
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Digital Health Analyst to join our team. The Digital Health Analyst is a skilled and results-driven analyst that is responsible for specific and coordinated projects related to our digital health roadmap. This role will analyze current system setup and functionality, initiate digital projects, report on planned and current initiatives, measure impact and ensure projects are executed according to plan. The Digital Health Analyst works on advanced, complex, and technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.
Position Specifics:
o Department: IT
o Core Function: Corporate Services
o Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk
o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
o Compensation that aligns with your experience
INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field is required.
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent plus five (5) years of experience in information technology, informatics, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience Qualifications
  • Seven (7) years of IT, informatics, nursing, revenue cycle, or other related experience is required.
  • Experience as an Epic Analyst or Informaticist is preferred.
  • Demonstrated progressive responsibility within the IT field is required.
  • Two (2) years of project management experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • At least one (1) Epic Certification is required. Multiple Epic certifications are preferred.
