You'll partner closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering, and design to deeply understand user needs, validate opportunities, and deliver valuable solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive a portion of the Revenue Growth Management product portfolio, including enhancements to existing capabilities and support for new product initiatives.

  • Partner with product managers across Distributor Enablement, Sales Enablement, and Category Management to align priorities and deliver connected customer experiences.

  • Partner with analytics, engineering, and business teams to deliver insight-driven capabilities that improve decision-making and business performance.

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, helping translate business goals and customer insights into actionable priorities.

  • Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery through interviews, workflow analysis, data review, and collaboration sessions to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.

  • Translate customer and business problems into product requirements, experiments, and iterative solutions.

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to test ideas, validate assumptions, and deliver high-quality outcomes incrementally.

  • Build strong empathy for users, distributors, and internal teams; use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform prioritization and decision-making.

  • Define and monitor product success metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and learning.

  • Support product launches, adoption efforts, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery and business impact.

  • Stay informed on trends in CPG, category management, analytics, and digital collaboration tools.

  • Contribute to a culture of ownership, accountability, learning, and customer focus.

  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, analytics, and business stakeholders.

  • Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to best practices within the product organization.

  • Communicate product priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in Product Management working with Agile product teams.

  • Strong understanding of modern product management practices, including customer discovery, iterative delivery, and outcome-driven product development.

  • Experience working with analytical, reporting, or data-driven products preferred, including translating business questions into actionable insights and user-focused solutions.

  • Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver customer-facing digital products.

  • Ability to gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance customer needs, business value, and technical considerations.

  • Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and success measurement.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and distributed team environments.
